SHIPPING POLICY

For Domestic Shipping USPS and UPS are available. Small (under 8 oz.) Standard Shipping packages are generally mailed in a padded envelope, to reduce weight and cost. Larger items such as Gundam model kits are always boxed. Anything shipped via USPS Priority is always boxed.

We do not Drop Ship which means that when you order from us we are the actual shippers and the items will arrive fast.

International shipping is not available to most countries. We will make an exception depending on what item is purchased and what country the order is shipped to. An invoice will be sent to the international customer for the shipping charge.

We will ship to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia

International customers are responsible for paying import duty/customs tax fees of their country.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please email us at info@animeraro.com with the order number along with a description of the issue. Please allow 48 hours from when you send your email for a response from our Customer Service Team. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to return the item(s).

All orders of sale items are final. All clearance items purchased on AnimeRaro.com are final sales and cannot be returned.

Because most items are collectibles all items are thoroughly inspected before they are sent out. We follow a strict check, check, and re-check policy.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail especially if they were not registered or insured. Shipping charges are non-refundable, once the delivery services have been rendered there are no refunds on shipping charges.

All product defects or discrepancies should be reported to us via e-mail (info@animeraro.com) within 7 days of item delivery, date of item/s delivered to your doorstep is provided and determined by way of delivery confirmation or tracking number.

If an item is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable the order will be promptly refunded, minus the shipping charges. Customer is welcome to place a new order. We do not re-send packages.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.

Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item(s) will NOT be eligible for return if it is:

*Damaged

*In used condition

*A free item purchased as part of a promotion\

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you via email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.

RMA# PROCESS:

All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number written on the OUTSIDE of the SHIPPING package, please do not write on the actual product. Product returned to us without an RMA# will be rejected. To obtain an RMA# please Contact us at customerservice@animeraro.com with the following info:

1)Order Number.

2)Description of defects and/or discrepancy.

3)Desired action (Refund/Replacement, etc.), NOTE: WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES.

Out of Stock: These items are not in our possession and can not be ordered.

Pre-order: These items are not in stock but will be very soon. You can place an order. NOTE: If you would like your in stock item to ship right away, then do not include pre-orders. If you do, then the order will be shipped when the pre-orders arrive.

Back-order: Back-Order items are out of stock. The product will be ordered from the distributor then shipped out to the customer. These will take 1-2 weeks to ship out.
