SHIPPING POLICY
For Domestic Shipping USPS and UPS are available. Small (under 8 oz.) Standard Shipping packages are generally mailed in a padded envelope, to reduce weight and cost. Larger items such as Gundam model kits are always boxed. Anything shipped via USPS Priority is always boxed.
We do not Drop Ship which means that when you order from us we are the actual shippers and the items will arrive fast.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES
Because most items are collectibles all items are thoroughly inspected before they are sent out. We follow a strict check, check, and re-check policy.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail especially if they were not registered or insured. Shipping charges are non-refundable, once the delivery services have been rendered there are no refunds on shipping charges.
All product defects or discrepancies should be reported to us via e-mail (info@animeraro.com) within 7 days of item delivery, date of item/s delivered to your doorstep is provided and determined by way of delivery confirmation or tracking number.
RMA# PROCESS:
All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number written on the OUTSIDE of the SHIPPING package, please do not write on the actual product. Product returned to us without an RMA# will be rejected. To obtain an RMA# please Contact us at customerservice@animeraro.com with the following info:
1)Order Number.
2)Description of defects and/or discrepancy.
3)Desired action (Refund/Exchange/Credit, etc.).

Pre-order: These items are not in stock but will be very soon. You can place an order.
Back-order: Back-Order items are out of stock. The product will be ordered from the distributor then shipped out to the customer. These will take 1-2 weeks to ship out.
